SocialBridge Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Haloshine Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us") about your use of SocialBridge. By installing or using SocialBridge, you agree to these terms and to the SocialBridge Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SocialBridge.

1. What SocialBridge Is

SocialBridge is a Windows desktop app that helps you publish, schedule and track short videos on Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and YouTube channels that you manage. It runs on your own computer.

2. YouTube, Google and Meta Terms

SocialBridge uses YouTube API Services. By using SocialBridge's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

When you use SocialBridge with Facebook or Instagram, you must also follow Meta's Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and their community rules.

SocialBridge is not made, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, Google or Meta. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Your Accounts and Your Content

• You may connect only accounts, Pages and channels that you are allowed to manage.
• You are responsible for everything you post with SocialBridge, including any first comment you write. You must have the rights to it, and it must follow the law and each platform's rules, including copyright, privacy and community guidelines.
• You are responsible for correctly marking content that is made for kids and content that is altered or synthetic.

4. Posting and Scheduling

SocialBridge posts only what you approve, at the times you choose, while your computer is on and SocialBridge is running. Platforms may delay, reject or limit posts, and connections can fail. Check your accounts for important posts. We are not responsible for how platforms treat your content.

5. AI Suggestions

AI suggestions are optional drafts and can be wrong. Review them before you use them. If you use an AI provider such as Anthropic or OpenAI, you use your own API key under that provider's terms and pay any charges.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use SocialBridge to send spam, artificially increase views or engagement, break any law or platform rule, or access accounts without permission.

7. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SocialBridge under these terms. We keep all rights in SocialBridge.

8. No Warranty

SocialBridge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost content, missed or failed posts, or restrictions a platform places on your accounts, arising from your use of SocialBridge.

10. Ending Use

You may stop using SocialBridge at any time: disconnect your accounts on the Accounts page and delete SocialBridge's folder. We may end your right to use SocialBridge if you break these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is important, SocialBridge asks you to agree again before you continue using it.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navsari, Gujarat, India.
